Terms of service

Skan is a marketplace where people and businesses publish property listings and others discover and contact them. Skan is not a party to any sale, rental or other agreement between users and does not own, inspect or guarantee any property.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact details.
• Agencies and developers must register as a business and may be asked for company documents before verification.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been compromised.

• You may only advertise property you own or are authorised to market, and every detail must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Photos must be of the actual property and must not contain third-party branding or personal data of others.
• We may review, edit, label, reject or remove any listing that breaks these terms or applicable law, and we may limit the number of active listings per account.
• Paid promotions change placement only. They never affect verification or moderation decisions.

No scraping, bulk extraction of contact details, automated posting without an approved integration, misleading pricing, discriminatory content, or attempts to collect deposits before a viewing. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

Promotions are charged per listing for a fixed period; plans are billed monthly and cancel at the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued where a paid service was not delivered because of a fault on our side.

Skan provides the service as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing content, transactions between users, or temporary unavailability of the service.

skan.am is operated for Armenia; the laws of Armenia apply and its courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
